Wear gloves if you prefer. Apply to the problem areas and rub firmly for 10 to 15 minutes, then wipe off with a warm wet towel. Follow with the Anti-Cellulite Body Wrap Mask, the Anti Cellulite Body Oil or the Anti-Cellulite Body Cream.
