Customs and Import Duties
-
The number of products ordered may exceed the permissible limit for clearance in the destination country. Customers must consider these limits while ordering.
-
The consignee is responsible for the entry of products into their country and compliance with all applicable laws, including payment of customs duty, import duty, VAT, or other government taxes.
-
If an order is not cleared by customs, Amsarveda may, at its discretion, consider a refund after deducting shipping costs, return duty charges, and any other charges incurred.
-
Your package may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Amsarveda has no control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount. Contact your local customs office for details.
-
If the recipient refuses a package due to customs-related issues, Amsarveda will not provide a refund or replacement.
-
Additional import duties and taxes may apply once the shipment reaches your country. These fees are the recipient's responsibility. If customs charges are assessed, you will need to pay the courier company directly at delivery.
-
Amsarveda takes no responsibility for non-delivery if customs duties and taxes are not accepted and settled by the recipient, and will not provide refunds in such cases.
