Vitalizing Body Therapy
The Vitalizing Body Therapy series is a complete energizing treatment built as one system: the Vitalizing Body Scrub to open and polish, the Vitalizing Massage Oil to work circulation, the Vitalizing Body Cream for daily firmness and tone, and the Vitalizing Body Wrap Mask as the weekly intensive. Each formulation is made in our own Goa lab on standardized botanical extracts, designed around one goal: skin that looks and feels awake. This is home spa in the literal sense, the professional sequence without the appointment.
The full weekly rhythm
Twice a week, scrub in the shower on damp skin and follow with the massage oil while the skin is warm, working upward with real pressure for five to ten minutes a limb. On the other days, the Vitalizing Body Cream is the maintenance step, applied after showering while skin still holds moisture. Once a week, after the scrub, use the Vitalizing Body Wrap Mask as the intensive, wrapped or towelled to hold warmth, then rinse and seal with the cream. That is the whole protocol. It takes about twenty minutes twice a week and ten minutes on the other days.
Who this series suits
Skin that reads tired rather than damaged: flat tone, poor circulation, the heaviness that settles into legs after long days standing or sitting. It suits people coming out of winter, people who train, and people whose bodies get less attention than their faces, which is most people. If firming is your specific goal, the steps interchange cleanly with the Anti-Cellulite Program, and the two series share the same underlying logic.
What pairs with it
The Kapha shower gel for oily skin or the Moisturizing shower gel for normal skin are the natural cleansing partners, both formulated in the same facility on the same standardized extracts. For evenings, the Relaxing Massage Oil is the counterweight to the vitalizing series: one wakes the body, the other settles it.
Why the sequence is the product
A single body cream, however good, is a moisturizer. Four formulations designed to follow each other are a treatment, and treatments compound. The scrub makes the oil work better, the oil makes the mask work better, the mask makes the cream last longer. Every ingredient across the four products is named and measured on its product page, because a therapy you repeat weekly deserves the same scrutiny as anything else you put on your skin. All four are made by us, in Goa, to GMP standard.
