Ayurvedic Kidney & Urinary Support

Kidney and urinary support, standardized. Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris) has a long history in Ayurvedic urinary care and we supply it as a single-herb standardized extract. AV URI K is our multi-herb formula for the same system. Both are made in our own GMP-certified Goa facility from raw material we authenticate before extraction.

Which of the two

AV URI K is the composed formula and the general starting point, built to cover the urinary system more broadly than any single plant does. Gokshura is the classical single herb, and the one to choose if you want a specific, well-known botanical at a known dose, or if you are already taking a multi-herb formula and want to add just this. Running both at once duplicates Gokshura, so choose one.

About Gokshura

Tribulus terrestris grows as a low thorny weed across most of India, and the Sanskrit name refers to the spiked shape of its fruit. In Ayurvedic practice it sits primarily in the urinary chapter, used for the comfort and flow of the urinary tract, and secondarily as a general strengthening herb, which is how it later became familiar in the West through the sports supplement trade. The urinary use is the older and better-established one, and it is the reason it sits on this page.

How to take them

As stated on each product page, with water, consistently rather than occasionally. Drink more water than you think you need while taking anything in this category, because urinary support and hydration are not separable. Give it six to eight weeks.

When to see a doctor instead

Burning, urgency, blood, fever, flank pain or a sudden change in how often you go are reasons to see a doctor the same week, not reasons to buy a supplement. Diagnosed kidney disease means you should clear any supplement with your nephrologist first, without exception, because a kidney under strain processes everything differently. These formulations support ordinary urinary function alongside medical care and hydration. They do not treat infection and do not replace anything you have been prescribed.

What we can be precise about

What is in the capsule. Both products are full-spectrum standardized extracts, assayed batch by batch, with exact ingredients and amounts printed on the product page, made in a facility we own and run in Goa. We have standardized Ayurvedic botanicals there since 1963. A label should answer questions rather than raise them.
