Ayurvedic Heart Health Support
Heart support built on three standardized extracts rather than a long shelf. Arjuna, the bark Ayurvedic cardiology is founded on. Garlic, for circulation and lipid balance. And AV CIRCULO, the multi-herb formula that combines Arjuna with hawthorn and Coleus forskohlii. All three are made in our own GMP-certified Goa facility, where standardization has been the work since 1963.
Where to start
If you want one product, take AV CIRCULO. It is the composed formula, it covers the most ground, and the amounts are already balanced against each other. If you would rather build from single herbs, Arjuna is the classical starting point and the one the texts name first for the heart. Garlic is the everyday circulatory herb, and the one most likely to already be in your kitchen in a form too small and too variable to count as a dose. Taking AV CIRCULO alongside a standalone Arjuna duplicates an ingredient, so pick one route rather than stacking both.
The herbs, briefly
Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna) has been used continuously for cardiac support for well over a thousand years, and remains the single most specific cardiac reference in the Ayurvedic pharmacopoeia. Garlic is the rare botanical that appears in nearly every traditional medical system on earth, and one of the most studied plants in modern nutrition research. Hawthorn, inside AV CIRCULO, holds the same place in European herbal tradition that Arjuna holds in Ayurveda: two unconnected traditions arriving at the same organ from different continents.
How to take them
One capsule twice daily, thirty minutes before meals, unless the product page says otherwise. Take them consistently over months rather than days, because cardiovascular support is cumulative and there is nothing here that works in an afternoon. Keep taking whatever your doctor has prescribed, and tell them you have started these: cardiac and blood-pressure medications can interact with herbs that work on the same systems, and adjusting your dose is their job. Stop two weeks before any surgery.
Why standardization matters here
Because the alternative is guessing. Arjuna bark and garlic both vary substantially in active content between harvests, regions and processing methods, which means an unstandardized capsule tells you the plant's name and nothing about the dose. Every product on this page is a full-spectrum standardized extract, assayed batch by batch, with exact milligram amounts printed on its product page. We make what we sell, in our own facility, and have since 1963. Heart support is not a place for vague labels.
