How much should I use?
Generously, about a teaspoon for the face and neck. Most people apply far less than the amount sun protection is tested at, which lowers the protection you actually get.

Is SPF 20 enough on a long day in strong sun?
Treat it as one layer of protection, not the only one. For hours outdoors, reapply every two hours and after swimming, and use shade, a hat and cover-up as well.
