Apply sufficient amount to your palms and spread evenly over your body, massage the shower gel for a minute and leave on for another minute. We recommend using a soft shower cloth or loofah which must be washed well after use since our shower gel contains natural oils that can be retained on the wash cloth/loofah. Rinse off.
